Common use of Overtime on Weekends Clause in Contracts

Overtime on Weekends. An employee will receive premium pay as defined in Article 14 for all hours worked on a fourth (4th) consecutive and subsequent consecutive weekend, save and except where: i) Such weekend has been worked by the employee to satisfy specific days off required by such employee; or ii) Such employee has requested weekend work; or iii) Such weekends is worked as the result of an exchange of tours with other employees.
