Common use of Overtime on Clause in Contracts

Overtime on. a normal working day will normally only be allowed outside the bandwidth (except for employees who work on a shift roster or fixed daily hours basis) where an employee is required by their Manager to continue work after they have completed nine hours of work on that same day (excluding meal breaks). In exceptional circumstances (for example in priority or emergency situations) where the Manager assesses that overtime is appropriate, overtime may be approved by the Delegate within the flextime bandwidth for the period worked beyond seven hours and 30 minutes.
