Owner Representatives. Upon award of the contract, the UTH Resident Construction Manager (RCM) assumes the management responsibilities and Owner authority for the Construction Contract. During the time from receipt of bids until formal award of the Contract, the A/E works with both the RCM for coordination of the start of Work and with the UTH Design Project Manager (PM) to complete the award process. During construction, the A/E works directly with the RCM, who may be stationed either in the area of the project or at UT System (UTS) Headquarters in Austin, and his Construction Inspector(s) (CI) who are based at or near the project. The A/E also works with Owner consultants for testing of materials, balance and adjustment of systems, commissioning, and other special services as directed by the RCM.
Owner Representatives. A. The Owner will appoint representatives to represent the Owner in all matters relating to this Agreement and the Hotel (each an “Owner Representative”). The Owner’s initial Owner Representatives will be . The Management Company may rely upon statements and representations of any Owner Representative as being from and binding upon the Owner. The Owner may change its Owner Representatives from time to time by providing written notice to the Management Company. An Owner Representative will attend all meetings with the Management Company pursuant to Section 3.22. B. The Management Company acknowledges that the Owner may from time to time, engage an individual or entity (an “Asset Manager”) to advise the Owner with respect to the Hotel and the decisions to be made about the Hotel by the Owner under this Agreement. The Management Company agrees to cooperate with the Asset Manager fully in order to permit the Asset Manager to effectively perform its duties and responsibilities in advising the Owner and must provide the Asset Manager with the same access to the Hotel, its books and records, accounting, reports, Hotel Personnel and meetings relating to the Hotel as it must provide to the Owner under the terms of this Agreement.
Owner Representatives. Owner designates, and Contractor agrees to accept, Mr. *** as Owner Representative for all matters relating to Contractor’s performance of the Work (except for the execution of the certificates approving any commissioning test contemplated in Section 4.6). However, for the exclusive purposes of executing the certificates approving any commissioning test contemplated in Section 4.6, Owner unconditionally and irrevocably appoints the Technical Advisor to the Bank as its representative. Owner shall notify Contractor of such appointment in accordance with Section 33 at least one (1) month prior to the beginning of the first commissioning test contemplated in Section 4.6. The actions taken by Owner Representative regarding such performance shall be deemed the acts of Owner and shall be fully binding for Owner. The Owner shall appoint a coordinator for health and safety labor matters during the performance of the Work (the “Health and Safety Coordinator”). The Health and Safety Coordinator shall perform the functions set out in Section 8.4. Owner may, upon written notice to Contractor, pursuant to Section 33 hereof, change the designated Owner Representative, Technical Advisor to the Bank or Health and Safety Coordinator. However, the replacement of the Technical Advisor to the Bank shall be notified to Contractor at least one (1) month prior to the beginning of the first commissioning test contemplated in Section 4.6.
Owner Representatives. 2.1. Florida Engineering Group, Inc. is hereinafter called Engineer and is to act as Owner’s representative, assume duties and responsibilities, and have the rights and authority assigned to Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2.2. The Owner may appoint and assign other professionals and agents to act on behalf of the Owner to inspect, monitor, test, coordinate, review, and evaluate the Work.

Owner Representatives. 3.1.1.1 Owner’s Representative for the Project shall be RLH Engineering, Inc., who shall be the primary contact with Design/Builder regarding all matters relating to the Project, and shall be authorized to act on Owner’s behalf with respect to the Project. 3.1.1.2 Owner may also obtain independent review of the Contract Documents and/or the Work by a separate architect, engineer, contractor, consultant or cost estimator under contract to, or employed by, Owner. Such independent review shall be undertaken at Owner’s expense in a timely manner and shall not delay the orderly progress of the Work.
