OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT RECORDS. Dealer shall keep and maintain complete and up-to-date records covering (a) the names of all persons who are Owner(s) of Dealer and the dates and manner in which any such ownership interests of such persons are transferred or changed in any manner whatsoever; (b) the election, appointment or selection of each person having a management position with Dealer, including the duly elected officers and directors of Dealer if Dealer is a corporation; and (c) the persons or parties who have either directly or indirectly supplied funds, on either a secured or unsecured basis, to those having any ownership interests in Dealer in connection with their acquisition of such ownership interests.

  • Ownership and Control All components of the Placer County Technology Platform, including voicemail, email messages sent and received, files and records created or placed on any County file server, and all data placed onto or accessed by the County’s computer network including internet access, are and remain either the property of or under the control of Placer County and not the User.

  • Ownership and Reuse of Documents All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

  • OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS 1.3.1 All drawings, specifications, estimates, and all other documents, including shop drawings and calculations, prepared at any time in connection with the Project, shall, upon payment for services in connection therewith, become the sole property of the State.

  • Ownership and Use The System will be and remain the sole personal property of Vyve and will not be deemed to be affixed to the Premises. Customer will not, and will not authorize any other party to, tamper with, attach to or use any portion of the System without the prior written approval of Vyve. If any of the System is not removed from the Premises prior to the expiration of this Section 4 (as set forth in subsection (d) below), then Vyve will be deemed to have abandoned such personal property in place, and title to such property automatically will vest in Customer.

The provisions of this paragraph will not affect the copyright status of any of the Information which may be copyrighted and will apply to all Information whether or not copyrighted. c. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be construed as giving You or Users any license or right to use the trade marks, logos and/or service marks of BNY Mellon, its affiliates, its Information Providers or BNY Mellon’s Suppliers. d. Any Intellectual Property Rights and any other rights or title not expressly granted to You or Users under these Terms and Conditions are reserved to BNY Mellon, its Information Providers and BNY Mellon’s Suppliers. “Intellectual Property Rights” includes all copyright, patents, trademarks and service marks, rights in designs, moral rights, rights in computer software, rights in databases and other protectable lists of information, rights in confidential information, trade secrets, inventions and know-how, trade and business names, domain names (including all extensions, revivals and renewals, where relevant) in each case whether registered or unregistered and applications for any of them and the goodwill attaching to any of them and any rights or forms of protection of a similar nature and having equivalent or similar effect to any of them which may subsist anywhere in the world.
