Common use of Ownership of Alterations Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Alterations. All Alterations shall immediately become ------------------------ Landlord's property. Except as provided in Section 9.d., Landlord may require Tenant, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole expense and by the end of the Term, to remove any Alterations and to restore the Premises to its condition prior to the Alteration.
