Ownership of Site Clause Samples
Ownership of Site. The End User shall not directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of ayfie or unless otherwise expressly provided herein:
Ownership of Site. Developer shall have marketable, fee simple title to the Site, and all title exceptions shall have been reviewed and approved by Executive Director.

6.2 As between Customer and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its licensors owns all materials on the site, including graphics, user and visual interfaces, images, software, applications, and text, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of the site and its content (except for any customer content). In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its licensors owns the domain names, trademarks, service marks, proprietary logos, and other distinctive brand features found on the site.

Ownership of Site. 4.1 The Owner HEREBY CONFIRMS AND WARRANTS that the Owner is the registered proprietor of the Site under Title No. HP777952 at the Weymouth District Land Registry save for the land described in Clause 4.2.
4.2 The Owner HEREBY CONFIRMS AND WARRANTS that the Housing Association is the owner of the Affordable Housing/Affordable Homes as indicated in phases 1-6 on the Affordable Housing Tenure Plan.

Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Xinsto, LLC (or its licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Site and the Services provided by Xinsto, LLC, including, without limitation, any intellectual property or other proprietary rights which subsist in the Site and Services (whether such rights are registered or unregistered, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). As between Customer and Xinsto, LLC, all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, graphics, user and visual interfaces, images, software, applications, and text, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel”, and arrangement of the Site and its content (except for any Customer Content), and the domain names, trademarks, service marks, proprietary logos and other distinctive brand features found on the Site, are all owned by Xinsto, LLC or its licensors.
Ownership of Site. Notwithstanding anything stated anywhere in this Agreement, any discovered minerals (major or minor) taken or extracted from Site (including rights for coal production, rights for production of minerals other than coal shall remain the absolute property of HPGCL.

As between Customer and SoftLayer, all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, graphics, user and visual interfaces, images, software, applications, and text, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel", and arrangement of the Site and its content (except for any Customer Content), and the domain names, trademarks, service marks, proprietary logos and other distinctive brand features found on the Site, are all owned by SoftLayer or its licensors.
Ownership of Site. The Owner is the owner and holder of fee simple title to the real property comprising the Site.

A Cloud Site is the combination of computer software, computer hardware, intellectual property, other forms of property, facilities, and infrastructure provided by IBM to enable the delivery of Cloud Services. IBM (or its licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Cloud Site and the Cloud Services provided by IBM, including, without limitation, any intellectual property or other proprietary rights which subsist in the Cloud Site and Cloud Services (whether such rights are registered or unregistered, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). All materials on the Cloud Site, including, but not limited to, graphics, user and visual interfaces, images, software, applications, and text, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel", and arrangement of the Site and its content (except for your content), and the domain names, trademarks, service marks, proprietary logos and other distinctive brand features found on the Cloud Site, are all owned by IBM or its licensors.
