Common use of Part I: Technical Bid Clause in Contracts

Part I: Technical Bid. i. All Sections and Annexures are the part of Technical bid. All the sections and annexures must be signed by the Tenderers. ii. Tenderer must fill all the details specified in different section and attached the leaflet /necessary documents/brochure of product etc. iii. EMD shall be part of Technical bid the amount of EMD is indicated Important Information given above/n Notice Inviting Tender. iv.
