PART IV. The Employer agrees that employees are entitled to request Workload Reviews and they will not be subject to discipline or performance reviews for doing so. It is agreed and understood that any grievance arising out of this Letter of Understanding shall be limited to failure to comply with the undertakings specifically outlined in this Letter of Understanding. To achieve this the Society agrees to meet with three elected members of the union, one of whom shall be the president or designate for the purposes of discussing the introduction of new and/or changing technology which may have an effect on bargaining unit employees. At such meeting, the Society will provide the union with all necessary information regarding the changes and/or new technology and the date the Society proposed to commence such change. This meeting will provide no less than sixty (60) days notice of such proposed change and/or new technology.
