Part-Time / Casual Sample Clauses
The 'Part-Time Casual' clause defines the employment status and conditions for workers engaged on a part-time, casual basis. It typically outlines the number of hours or shifts expected, the flexibility of scheduling, and the lack of guaranteed ongoing work. For example, it may specify that employees are called in as needed and are paid only for hours worked, without entitlement to regular benefits. This clause clarifies the nature of the employment relationship, ensuring both parties understand the flexible and non-permanent arrangement, and helps prevent misunderstandings regarding job security and entitlements.
