Common use of Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employee. A regular part-time employee is one who in the performance of assigned duties normally works a regular continuing schedule of less than forty (40) hours per week. Except as specifically provided herein, regular part-time employees shall be entitled to the fringe benefits specified in the Agreement on a pro rata basis for all hours paid in regular job assignment(s).
