A SkyPay outage is defined as a complete availability outage of SkyPay due to: § NAVITAIRE controlled primary circuit network line being down; § NAVITAIRE controlled server or router being down; or § System Error which causes SkyPay to be completely unavailable. Service credits will not exceed [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] of the [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] amount listed in Sections 8.9.3 (a) or (b) above.   • Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of non-routine repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Service Interruptions The Company may need to interrupt Your access to the Website to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis.
