PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. 4.1. You may apply to the Event alone or as part of a team of maximum 5 persons.
4.2. All Participants can attend the Event since it does not require any preselection process.
4.3. Organizer does not provide computers or any physical equipment to the Participants.
4.4. Organizer may choose winners for each challenge among the work products (“Submission”) created and developed in the Event by the Participants with the help of the challenge owners, i.e. partners. During the evaluation process challenge winners shall be chosen according to the votes cast by the panel of judges provided by the partners and based on criterias which shall be clearly known to Participants during Day
4.5. The prizes for each of the winning teams are as follows:

The combination will depend on how the prize provider wants to use the given limit. No transfer, assignment, substitution of prizes is allowed, except at Organizer’s sole discretion.

PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. In order to participate in the 2023 Empowered to Love Event (“Event”), each Guest must agree to the terms of this FamilyLife Event Guest Agreement. By booking a reservation through FamilyLife for the Event by the person(s) named ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Guests, each Guest acknowledges having read, and understands all terms, conditions, and provisions of the FamilyLife Agreement and agrees to be bound thereby. THIS FAMILYLIFE AGREEMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON EACH GUEST’S RIGHTS. IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT WHICH APPLY TO EVERY REGISTERD GUEST AND BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON THE BOOKING OF A RESERVATION FOR THE 2023 EMPOWERD TO LOVE EVENT. All rights, exemptions from liability, defenses and immunities of FamilyLife under this FamilyLife Agreement shall also inure to the benefit of FamilyLife’s employees, servants, agents, independent contractors, and affiliated or related companies, who shall have no liability in tort, in contract or otherwise which is greater than or different from that of FamilyLife.
PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. 4.1. You may apply to the Event alone.
4.2. Successful registration does not mean automatic participation in the event. All Participants can attend the Event after the preselection process. Preselection process means the Organizer will check the filled registration forms and exclude applicants from participating in the Event if they obviously do not meet with any criteria of the Terms and Conditions, especially the ones under point 4.9. However, the Organizer excludes its liability for checking the content of the registration form filled by the applicants to be true, valid and fully comply with the reality. By filing their registration, the applicants takes full responsibility and liability for the content of their registration form is true, valid and fully complied with the reality, and any of their declaration provided to the Organizer via any means (e.g. email).
