The Prize Clause Samples
The Prize clause defines the specific reward or benefit that will be granted to a party, typically as the result of winning a contest, competition, or fulfilling certain contractual conditions. The Prize. 3.1. There will be one winner of the prize draw.
3.2. The prize is as stated on the deal page that links to these terms and conditions.
3.3. The prize is non-transferrable
3.4. You are not entitled to obtain another product or cash alternative from us.
3.5 Should Groupon Travel be unable to provide the prize as listed it reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value.

The Prize. 6.1. The shortlisted and winning Entries may be used as art installations in various locations within the new University of Wollongong in Dubai campus.
6.2. The Prizes pool features:
(a) The total worth of the Prize pool will be $4000 AUD.
(b) There will be 15 Entrants shortlisted, who will receive $100 AUD or its equivalent in UAE Dirhams per shortlisted Entry.
(c) There will be 5 winners who will receive $500 AUD or its equivalent in UAE Dirhams per winning Entry
6.3. All 15 shortlisted artwork submissions will be revealed at a dedicated launch event at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, hosted by the judging panel in June 2020 and the 5 winning artworks will be revealed and awarded on the night.
6.4. Prizes are not transferable and are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner. UOWD excludes any warranties in connection with any Prize to the extent permitted by law.
The Prize. 2.1 Two entrants will be selected as the winners of the Competition. They will each win a Mr Price I Coca Cola product hamper to the value of R1000 each.
2.2 We may ask the winners to take part in publicity connected to this Competition. Winners grant permission for Mr Price to use their names, social media handles and photographs in any advertising and promotional material for this Competition. This includes use on the Mr Price social media and digital platforms. You may ask us to remove your name, your social media handle or refuse to take part in any publicity. Winners who participate in any of the instances referred to in this clause will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise.
2.3 The hamper to the value of R1000 (one thousand rands) for each winner will be arranged and delivered by direct message on Instagram to each of the winners.
2.4 The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges whose decision will be based on the best execution of the competition.
2.5 The prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.6 To the maximum extent permitted in law, Mr Price excludes liability for any defects in the prizes.
The Prize. 5.1. You can win the following prizes:
5.1.1. Grand prize: one winner will be selected as the grand prize winner for the Competition which includes a trip for a family of 4 to Disneyland Paris, including holiday visas, passports, return flights, accommodation for 5 nights and spending money and tickets to Disneyland ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ daily.
The Prize. Ten (10) prize winners will win a pair of grandstand tickets to the 2019 New York E Prix Saturday, July 13 race.
The Prize. The prize is an annual subscription to Deputy Premium worth up to a maximum of £262.50 per month or £3,150 per annum list price. The prize is non-exchangeable, non- transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The prize only covers up to 75 users per month for one year. The annual subscription must be activated by 15 December 2022. Failure to timely activate the annual subscription will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The Prize. 2.1 Four entrants will be selected as the winners of the Competition.
