Pay and conditions. A part-time employee will be paid the hourly rate (1/38th of the weekly rate) prescribed for the kind of work performed for each hour worked and receives, on a pro rata basis, pay and conditions equivalent to those of a full-time employee who performs the same kind of work under this Agreement.
Pay and conditions. Pay time shall be computed from the time the employee is ordered to report for duty and registers in, whichever is later, until he is effectively released from duty. All Regular Employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid not less frequently than every other Thursday, at the end of the shifts which start on that day, all wages earned by such employee to a day not more than seven (7) days prior to the date of payment. The Company shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement with a separate or detachable written or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payments made to such employee. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages. When code numbers are used by the Company to identify earnings and deductions on the itemized statement, the Company will inform the employees as to what each number represents. If an error occurs in the payroll computation of an employee's paycheque and the amount is equal to one day's pay or more, he shall be entitled, on request, to receive the amount due immediately. Upon discharge, the Company shall pay all money due to the employee. Upon quitting, the Company shall pay all money due to the employee on or before the pay day in the week following such quitting. All payroll cheques will be done by "Direct Banking" for all employees. When an employee meets with personal injury while on duty which prevents him from completing his shift, he will be paid for the hours actually worked, except that if an injury is of a nature requiring hospitalizationor immediate care by a medical physician, the employee will be compensated for the full shift on that day to a maximum of eight (8) hours. The Company agrees to maintain clean lunchrooms and sanitary washrooms and toilet facilities at its main plant. Employees will be required to assist in keeping these facilities clean at all times.
Pay and conditions. 12.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the terms and conditions of employment in respect of work persons employed by, or otherwise working for, the Supplier in the performance of this Agreement [including in relation to pension contributions] comply with terms of the Employment Regulation Order applicable [to the relevant sector] registered under the Industrial Relations Acts 1946 to 2004. The Supplier shall ensure that the rates of pay and conditions are no less favourable than those for the relevant category of work person set out in the Employment Regulation Order. 12.2 To monitor compliance with 12.1 above, the Purchaser shall be entitled to make random checks requiring production of records if necessary. If the Purchaser so requests, the Supplier shall within 5 working days after the receipt of the request, give to the Purchaser a statement showing the amount of wages and other payments due at the date of the request to and in respect of each working person, or, in respect of work persons not employed by or otherwise working for the Supplier, ensure that their employer or the person for whom they are working does the same. 12.3 If the Supplier has not complied with 12.1 above, the Purchaser shall [without limiting its other rights or remedies] be entitled to estimate the amount that should have been paid to work persons and contributions that should have been made on their behalf, and the Purchaser may deduct the estimated amount from any payment due to the Supplier, until the Purchaser is satisfied that all proper amounts have been paid.

  • Restrictions and Conditions (a) Any book entries for the shares of Restricted Stock granted herein shall bear an appropriate legend, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion, to the effect that such shares are subject to restrictions as set forth herein and in the Plan. (b) Shares of Restricted Stock granted herein may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of by the Grantee prior to vesting. (c) If the Grantee’s employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries is voluntarily or involuntarily terminated for any reason (including death) prior to vesting of shares of Restricted Stock granted herein, all shares of Restricted Stock shall immediately and automatically be forfeited and returned to the Company.

  • Standard Conditions This Agreement shall include all of the standard conditions as detailed in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.

  • Agreements and Conditions On or before the Closing Date, Seller shall have complied with and duly performed and satisfied in all material respects all agreements and conditions on its part to be complied with and performed by such date pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Payment Terms and Conditions 67.6.1 CLEC shall pay a Transit Service Charge as set forth in Table 1 for any Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC. 67.6.2 CLEC shall be responsible for payment of Transit Service charges on Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC and for any charges assessed by the terminating carrier. CLEC agrees to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third-parties prior to routing any Transit Traffic to CenturyLink for delivery to such third parties, and CLEC will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Transit Service provider against any and all charges levied by such third-party terminating carrier with respect to Transit Traffic, including but not limited to, termination charges related to such traffic and attorneys’ fees and expenses.
