Pay for Overtime Work. A. Overtime is paid for those hours worked in excess of forty (40) straight time hours in a workweek. B. Overtime work shall be paid at base hourly rate times one and a half (1.5). C. Pyramiding of overtime or premium pay is prohibited. Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members shall not receive both call-in and overtime compensation for the same hours of work. D. Holidays shall be counted as hours worked for the purpose of calculating overtime, except for those Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members who work regularly scheduled 12 hour shifts.
