Common use of Pay Status of the Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Pay Status of the Union Representatives. Up to the limit established in secondary negotiations, the Union Representatives to Labor/Management Committee meetings shall be permitted time off from scheduled work for necessary travel, preparation and attendance at such committee meetings. Any pay provided by the Employer for these committee meetings is governed by Civil Service Rules and Regulations. Overtime and travel expenses are not authorized.
