Payment and Liability. Full payment is due at time of services. We do not require a deposit, but we will need to keep a credit card on file (we will charge $1 to verify the card). This card will only be charged if the appointments are canceled within 14 days of the event. If appointments are canceled with less than 14 days, but more than 48 hours notice, the card will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. If appointments are canceled with less than 48 hours notice the card will be charged for 100% of the total cost of services scheduled. By signing this contract you agree to all of the above statements and conditions.
Payment and Liability. Cap The Company shall pay CEB the amount of liquidated damages calculated above within 30 days of receipt of CEB’s invoice. 1. Main Meter and Check Meter Requirements
1.1 The Main Meter and Check Meter shall consist of a single set of one current transformers and potential transformers feeding both a primary and a backup three phase four wire metering instrument.
1.2 The Main Meter and the Check Meter shall be designed such that the overall error of the installation, (including instrument transformers, wiring, and metering instruments) shall be no less or greater than two tenth of a percent (±0.2% for power flows through the metering installation.
1.3 The Main Meter and Check Meter shall be selected to have rated error no less or greater than two tenth of a percentage (±0.2%) over the equivalent load range.
1.4 The Main Meter and Check Meter shall be electronic meters with two registers for import energy and export energy respectively.
1.5 The energy meters supplied shall be equipped with modems necessary to enable remote energy meter reading.
1.6 The Main Meter and Check Meter shall be capable of separately accumulating and presenting on the register display the following data:
(i) MWh into the Transmission System;
(ii) MWh into the Facility;
(iii) MVArh into the Transmission System;
(iv) MVArh into the Facility;
(v) MW into the Transmission System; and
(vi) MW into the Facility.

Payment and Liability. In consideration of the services rendered in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibits “A” and “C”, the Court shall make payment to Contractor in the manner specified herein and in Exhibit “B”. The Court reserves the right to withhold payment if the Court determines that the quantity or quality of the work performed is unacceptable. In no event shall the Court’s total fiscal obligation under this Agreement exceed XXXX Thousand Dollars ($XXXXXX.00).
