Payment and Liability. Full payment is due at time of services. We do not require a deposit, but we will need to keep a credit card on file (we will charge $1 to verify the card). This card will only be charged if the appointments are canceled within 14 days of the event. If appointments are canceled with less than 14 days, but more than 48 hours notice, the card will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. If appointments are canceled with less than 48 hours notice the card will be charged for 100% of the total cost of services scheduled. By signing this contract you agree to all of the above statements and conditions.
Payment and Liability. Cap The Company shall pay CEB the amount of liquidated damages calculated above within 30 days of receipt of CEB’s invoice. Payment and Liability. In consideration of the services rendered in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibits “A” and “C”, the Court shall make payment to Contractor in the manner specified herein and in Exhibit “B”. The Court reserves the right to withhold payment if the Court determines that the quantity or quality of the work performed is unacceptable. In no event shall the Court’s total fiscal obligation under this Agreement exceed XXXX Thousand Dollars ($XXXXXX.00).
