Common use of Payment modalities Clause in Contracts

Payment of basic cost of each type of ambulances shall be made by SBI Cheque in favour of the manufacturer drawn on State Bank of India, payable at par anywhere in India after satisfactory delivery of ambulances to the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
