Common use of Payments of Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Payments of Base Salary. Bonus and Life Insruance Premium required to be made to you after any termination shall be made at the same times as such payments otherwise would have been paid to you pursuant to Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 7 if you had not been terminated, subject to Section 12.17.
