Payments to the coordinator Clause Samples
The 'Payments to the coordinator' clause defines the terms under which the coordinator is compensated for their services. (a) if the minimum number of partners set out in the call for proposals has acceded to the Framework and Specific Agreement (see Article 54 FPA) and
(b) to partners that have entered into the Specific Agreement (see Article 54 FPA).

(a) if the minimum number of beneficiaries set out in the call for proposals has acceded to the Agreement (see Article 56) and
(b) to beneficiaries that have acceded to the Agreement (see Article 56).

Pre-financing may however be distributed only: (a) if the minimum number of beneficiaries set out in the call for proposals has acceded to the Agreement (see Article 56) and (b) to beneficiaries that have acceded to the Agreement (see Article 56).
