Payout of Overtime. It is agreed that overtime shall be paid monthly, provided however, that where there is mutual agreement between the Administrator and the employee, such overtime may be granted as time off to a maximum of one hundred and five (105) hours, in any one (1) year in lieu of cash, except that any time off so accumulated shall be taken before January 31st of the following calendar year, otherwise it shall be paid on December 31st of the same calendar year.
