Payroll Date Sample Clauses

The Payroll Date clause establishes the specific day on which employees are paid their wages or salaries. Typically, this clause outlines whether payment occurs weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and may specify the exact calendar day or date range for payroll processing. By clearly defining when employees can expect to receive their compensation, the clause ensures predictability for both employer and employee, reducing confusion and helping with financial planning.
