Common use of Payroll System Clause in Contracts

Payroll System. 6 The parties agree the County has the right to implement a common biweekly payroll system, 7 standardized pay practices and Fair Labor Standard Act’s workweeks. The parties agree that 8 applicable provisions of the collective bargaining agreement may, by mutual agreement, be re-opened 9 at any time for the purpose of negotiating standardized pay practices, to the extent required by law.
