Payroll Time Sheets Sample Clauses
Payroll Time Sheets. The signature of the employee and approval of the employee's supervisor, or other verification acceptable to NYSDOT, is required on each time sheet. These signatures attest to the employee's assignment and hours worked on the Projects indicated, and demonstrate that periods of paid leave are charged to appropriate leave categories or accounts. Employee time for such leave, holidays, vacation or other paid leave cannot be charged directly to Projects on time sheets since such costs must be allocated to Projects by using an approved percentage additive rate applied to direct payroll costs. Time sheets must correspond with applicable payroll records and amount paid for each employee based on a comprehensive payroll/labor cost distribution system.
Payroll Time Sheets. Employees shall record their actual starting times and quitting times on a payroll time sheet. Payroll time sheets will be signed by the employee. The Employer shall provide a copy to the Union upon written request by the Union. There will be only one (1) payroll time sheet. The Employer retains the right, however, to maintain other sign-in and sign-out procedures for other purposes supporting internal policy.
Payroll Time Sheets. Each non-exempt employee will be required to submit to the District Business Office a time sheet at the end of each work period signed by the employee and his/her immediate supervisor. (See Attachment "M.")
