Pedestrian Access Clause Samples
The Pedestrian Access clause establishes the rights and obligations regarding the use of walkways, sidewalks, or other designated paths for foot traffic within a property or development. It typically outlines who may use these pedestrian routes, any restrictions on access (such as hours of use or permitted activities), and the responsibilities for maintaining these areas in a safe and accessible condition. By clearly defining access and maintenance duties, this clause helps prevent disputes over usage and ensures safe, reliable passage for pedestrians.
