Peer Group Meetings Sample Clauses

The Peer Group Meetings clause establishes a requirement for regular meetings between representatives of both parties to discuss the progress, issues, or performance related to the agreement. Typically, these meetings are scheduled at set intervals, such as monthly or quarterly, and may involve sharing reports, addressing concerns, and collaboratively resolving any disputes or challenges that arise. The core function of this clause is to facilitate ongoing communication and cooperation, ensuring that both parties remain aligned and can proactively address potential problems before they escalate.
Peer Group Meetings. A School-based peer group session will consist of six (6) to eight (8) peer group meetings that will coincide with the length of a class period and not to exceed seventy-five (75) minutes. One or two additional meetings will be scheduled as make-up dates in the event a peer group meeting must be cancelled. Foundation will provide materials to assist with the Program, including an Activity Manual and a Resource Manual. A School peer group must have a minimum of five (5) students to begin and must maintain an average of five (5) students to continue as a peer group. The maximum number permitted for a peer group will be determined on a case by case basis taking into consideration the following factors:  Age of Students  Activity level of Students  Amount of staff supportLevel of need of Students The ideal age range for Students in a peer group should not exceed a two (2) year age gap for elementary and middle school, and a three (3) year age gap for high school and secondary school. A peer group session will be cancelled if an average of three (3) Students per peer group is not maintained; or if either party fails to meet its obligations and the failure cannot be resolved. Reasons for cancelling peer group meetings may include: (i) weather related concerns, when applicable; (ii) no School Co-Facilitator without an identified substitute; (iii) no Caring Place staff without an identified substitute; (iv) School knows ahead of time that there will be no Students in attendance; or (v) School is cancelled or it is a scheduled off day. Caring Place staff will provide a general curriculum to guide the peer group meetings.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.

  • Quarterly Meetings a. The Parties must meet as frequently as necessary to ensure proper oversight of this MOU but not less frequently than quarterly to address care coordination, Quality Improvement (“QI”) activities, QI outcomes, systemic and case- specific concerns, and communication with others within their organizations about such activities. These meetings may be conducted virtually. b. Within 30 Working Days after each quarterly meeting, the Parties must each post on its website the date and time the quarterly meeting occurred, and, as applicable, distribute to meeting participants a summary of any follow-up action items or changes to processes that are necessary to fulfill the Parties’ obligations under the Medi-Cal Managed Care Contract, the MHP Contract, and this MOU. c. The Parties must invite the other Party’s Responsible Person and appropriate program executives to participate in quarterly meetings to ensure appropriate committee representation, including local presence, to discuss and address care coordination and MOU-related issues. The Parties’ Subcontractors and Downstream Subcontractors should be permitted to participate in these meetings, as appropriate. d. The Parties must report to DHCS updates from quarterly meetings in a manner and frequency specified by DHCS.

  • Membership Meetings The members may hold regular or special meetings either in the State of New Jersey or elsewhere. Regular meetings of the members may be held without notice at a time and place as may be determined by the members. Any member may call a special meeting of the members by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting to the other members. Notice will be as provided in Article 11 of this Agreement. Any member may waive notice of any meeting. Members may participate in a meeting by means of telephone conference or other video or audio communications equipment where all persons participating in the meeting can simultaneously hear each other. Participation in such a meeting by a member will constitute the presence of the member at the meeting.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will: (a) discuss the causes of a Performance Factor; (b) discuss the impact of a Performance Factor on the local health system and the risk resulting from non-performance; and (c) determine the steps to be taken to remedy or mitigate the impact of the Performance Factor (the “Performance Improvement Process”).

  • Regular Meetings Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at such places and at such times as the Trustees may from time to time determine, provided that notice of the first regular meeting following any such determination shall be given to absent Trustees.
