Per Diem Availability. Per diem employees must be available to work a minimum of sixteen (16) hours per month to include to one weekend and be available to be scheduled for one fixed holiday annually. Any employee who has not worked in at least six (6) months may be terminated at the Hospital’s discretion. Per diem employees will receive double-time the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on holidays.
