Performance Bank Guarantee. 6.7.1 The Performance Bank Guarantee furnished by SPV to MSEDCL shall be for guaranteeing the Commissioning/ Commercial Operation Date of the Project and its Unit(s) within Scheduled Commercial Operation Date. 6.7.2 MSEDCL shall release the Performance Bank Guarantee within a period of 30 (thirty) days of Commissioning of the full Contracted Capacity after adjusting Liquidated Damages (if any) as per Article 6.6.
