Performance of a Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent iManage is to carry out a Covered Entity obligation under the Privacy Rule, iManage shall comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligation.
Performance of a Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent Microsoft is to carry out a Covered Entity obligation under the Privacy Rule, Microsoft shall comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligation.

To the extent Trend Micro is to carry out a Covered Entity obligation under the Privacy Rule, Trend Micro shall comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Company in the performance of such obligation. Nothing in this BAA obligates Trend Micro to specifically carry out any Privacy Rule obligations. Company is required to specify in writing any future Privacy Rule obligations. Further, Trend Micro’s products and services may not be subject to certain Privacy Rule obligations
Performance of a Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent FortaTech Security, LLC is to carry out a Covered Entity obligation under the Privacy Rule, FortaTech Security, LLC shall comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligation.
Performance of a Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent MJ Care, Inc. is to carry out a Covered Entity obligation under the Privacy Rule, MJ Care, Inc. shall comply with the requirements of the Privacy Rule that apply to Customer in the performance of such obligation.
