Common use of Performance of Work Clause in Contracts

Performance of Work. The Contractor will cooperate with the Engineer and Owner’s Authorized Representative and utilize the Contractor’s professional skill, efforts and judgement in furthering the interests of Owner; to furnish efficient business administration and supervision; to furnish at all times an adequate supply of workers and materials; and to perform the Work in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of Owner.

Performance of Work. The Contractor will cooperate with the Engineer and OwnerCity’s Authorized Project Representative and utilize the Contractor’s professional skill, efforts and judgement in furthering the interests of Owner; to furnish efficient business administration and supervision; to furnish at all times an adequate supply of workers and materials; and to perform the Work in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of Owner. This paragraph does not change any specific requirements indicated in the Contract Documents.

The Contractor will covenants with Owner to cooperate with the Engineer Architect and Owner’s Authorized Representative and to utilize the Contractor’s professional skill, efforts and judgement judgment in furthering the interests of Owner; to furnish efficient business administration and supervision; to furnish furnish, at all times times, an adequate supply of workers and materials; and to perform the Work in conformance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of Owner.
