Performance Reporting Requirements. Grantees must have the capability to report projected activities, participant, and outcome data to the state, in a manner that is timely, thorough, and accurate. When applicable, grantees will be required to use the State’s system for reporting participant data collected. If applicable, the Grantee will be required to have access to the state’s CalJOBSSM reporting system. The State will provide training on how to use the CalJOBS reporting system. Additionally, Grantees will be required to submit monthly progress status reports which include narrative on the status of the projects. A.
