Common use of Performance Standards Clause in Contracts

Performance Standards. Each Party shall perform all of its obligations under this LGIA in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice, and to the extent a Party is required or prevented or limited in taking any action by such regulations and standards, such Party shall not be deemed to be in Breach of this LGIA for its compliance therewith. If such Party is the CAISO or Participating TO, then that Party shall amend the LGIA and submit the amendment to FERC for approval.

Performance Standards. If such Party is the CAISO a Transmission Provider or Participating TOTransmission Owner, then that Party shall amend the QF-LGIA and if required by the OPUC, submit the amendment to FERC the OPUC for approval.

If such Party is the CAISO or Participating TO, then that Party shall amend the LGIA and submit the amendment to FERC for approval.compliance
