Period of Authorization. 5.1 I hereby declare and affirm that I am aware and consent that the authorization that is included in this letter of authorization/residence agreement was given to me solely on a temporary basis, for a fixed period, and under the following terms:
5.1.1 The authorization is only granted due to my being a student at the University or another institution for higher education whose students are permitted to stay in the dormitories pursuant to an agreement between the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the academic institution or pursuant to special authorization and only as long as I continue as a student in the University or other academic institution and subject to information that I provided to the University in my application for temporary permission to use the dormitories and subject to the provisions of this letter of authorization/residence agreement and the Regulations.
5.1.2 The authorization is provided to me for the course of the period set forth in the introduction to this letter of authorization/residence agreement subject to the University’s consent thereto and at its exclusive discretion and subject to my fulfillment of all of my obligations pursuant to this letter authorization/residence agreement and the Regulations.
5.1.3 I am aware and consent that despite everything that is stated in this letter of authorization/residence agreement and in the Regulations, the University may direct you to withdraw from this authorization and/or cancel this letter of authorization/residence agreement, at any time, at the absolute discretion of the University, whether prior to the authorization period or during the course of this period, subject to resolution of the University’s emergency committee requiring the de-authorization of students’ entry into the dormitories or the vacation thereof from dormitories or any other resolution of University authorities regarding the rescission of the license to use the dormitories.
5.2 In any event of the above resolution, I hereby commit to vacate the apartment and the dormitory as set forth in the Regulations. The vacation date shall be within seven days of delivery of the notice other than in emergencies and for purposes of security in which cases the resident is required to vacate subject to the University’s guidelines as set forth in Section 5.1.3., above, and subject to Section 5.1.1.
Period of Authorization. This authorization remains valid for the entire term of the card or any renewal of the term, and the authorization is automatically renewed regardless of the card’s expiry date as long as the indebtedness is not paid.
Period of Authorization. (1) Authorization of a Covered Activity under this General Agreement shall expire five years after the date the department authorizes the activity under subsection (g), unless the department extends the period of authorization prior to expiration.
(2) Upon expiration of the department’s authorization, Permittee shall be responsible for complying with Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code before continuing the activity.
