Common use of Period of validity Clause in Contracts

Period of validity. 3rd Clause- The Contract shall be valid from the date of its being signed until the integral fulfillment by the Parties of all their contract obligations, except if there be the expressed contrary manifestation of either Party, case in which the specific dispositions for anticipated end shall be applied and, depending on the case, there shall be an application of penalties.
