Period of validity Sample Clauses

The 'Period of validity' clause defines the specific timeframe during which the agreement or contract remains in effect. It typically states the start and end dates, or the conditions that trigger the beginning and conclusion of the contract’s enforceability. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of when their rights and obligations commence and terminate, thereby preventing misunderstandings about the duration of their commitments.
