Common use of Permanent Unit Member Clause in Contracts

Permanent Unit Member. 6 A. Each permanent unit member shall be evaluated at least once 7 annually prior to June 1st. 8 B. Supervising managers may designate appropriate classified 9 management or administrative personnel to make evaluations. 10 C. Unit members shall be informed in writing of their designated 11 evaluator by September 30th of each school year. Unit members 12 shall be notified in writing of any changes in evaluators; however, 13 all evaluators shall have knowledge of the employee’s job 14 description and duties. 15 D. A written evaluation shall be on the appropriate District forms and 16 an evaluation conference shall be scheduled between the unit 17 member and the evaluator to discuss the completed evaluation.
