Common use of Permitted Development Clause in Contracts

Permitted Development. Owner shall develop the Property in accordance with this Agreement, Town ordinances and regulation, and applicable state and federal law and regulations. The Town shall allow and permit the development of the Property upon submission of proper application and payment of fees imposed by Town ordinances and regulation.
