PERSONAL LEAVE USAGE. Personal leave shall not be charged for an absence due to an on-the-job injury unless the employee has exhausted the allowable period of Workers’ Compensation leave and desires to use personal leave to remain on the payroll. The amount of personal leave to be charged for the purpose of maintaining the employee of regular pay status shall be the minimum amount in one-half (1/2) hour increments to equal the difference between Workers’ Compensation payments and the employee’s regular pay.

PERSONAL LEAVE USAGE. The amount of personal leave to be charged charged, for the purpose of maintaining the employee of on regular pay status status, shall be the minimum amount in one-half (1/2) hour hourly increments to equal the difference between Workers’ Compensation payments and the employee’s regular pay.
