Common use of Personal Vehicle Usage Clause in Contracts

Personal Vehicle Usage. No Employee in the Clerical or Technical Units shall be required to use their personal vehicle in the performance of their work duties for the Employer. When an Employee, at their option, volunteers’ usage of their vehicle, the Employer shall compensate the Employee for the use of said vehicle at the IRS approved rate adopted by the County Board of Supervisors.
