Pets Not Allowed. a) Tenant agrees to not have any pets or animals on the leased property without the written permission of Landlord. If Landlord discovers Tenant has an animal on the leased property, without Landlord’s permission, Landlord can: 1) end the lease by giving thirty (30) days notice to leave; or 2) start a new lease with increases to the security deposit and Rent beginning immediately; or 3) remove any animal found on the leased property that is not approved by Landlord to an animal shelter or other such location at Tenant’s expense;
