Phased Development Generally Sample Clauses
The "Phased Development Generally" clause establishes that a project or development will proceed in distinct, sequential stages rather than all at once. It typically outlines how each phase must be completed and approved before the next phase begins, and may specify deliverables, timelines, or criteria for progression. This approach allows for better management of resources, risk mitigation, and the opportunity to address issues as they arise, ensuring that each stage meets agreed standards before further investment is made.
