Phone Calls After Hours. ‌ An Employee who, after he/she has left his/her place of work, receives a phone call from the Employer or designate and is required to provide off site assistance which does not involve a return to his/her place of work, shall be paid for each hour or portion thereof, or a minimum of thirty (30) minutes at regular rates of pay, whichever is greater.
