Physical Conditions Sample Clauses

The Physical Conditions clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the state of the physical environment where work or services are to be performed. It typically requires one party, often the contractor, to inspect and assess the site for any existing conditions that could affect the work, such as soil quality, access limitations, or hidden hazards. By clearly allocating the risk and responsibility for unforeseen or adverse site conditions, this clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both parties are aware of and prepared for the actual circumstances at the project location.
