PICK UP AND DELIVERY. Professional Car Carriers always attempts to pick up and deliver your vehicle as close as possible to the specified dates. However Professional Car Carriers does not guarantee such dates. Rental of a replacement automobile will be at the expense of the owner/shipper. In the event that either the pick up or delivery address is inaccessible by Professional Car Carriers units and a tow truck is required, all tow charges will be the responsibility of the owner/shipper/receiver and will be in addition to the transport charge. If your vehicle is inoperable, or becomes inoperable during transport and consequently needs pushing to load or unload, 50% will be added to the original rate plus handling charges as applicable.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY. Notwithstanding anything in the Vehicle agreement to the contrary, when the Vehicles listed on this Schedule A (the “Scheduled Vehicle(s)”) require ordinary scheduled preventative maintenance and service (“PM Maintenance”) at the Maintenance Facility, Ryder agrees to pick-up each Scheduled Vehicle from you for performance of PM Maintenance, transport the Scheduled Vehicle to the Maintenance Facility for the performance of PM Maintenance, and to return each Scheduled Vehicle to you upon completion of PM Maintenance. The location where the Scheduled Vehicle(s) are retrieved and returned must be located within 25 miles of the Maintenance Facility. For claims that arise during pick-up and delivery service, the party responsible for Liability or Physical Damage Insurance shall cover the other party under its insurance to the maximum extent possible, with such insurance being primary. Ryder shall be a permissive user during pick-up and delivery service, and an additional insured (or loss payee for physical damage) when Customer is responsible for insurance, pursuant to the Agreement.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY. (a) The Contractor shall ensure that drivers make their presence known to the Member and wait until at least five (5) minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the Member is not present five (5) minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, the driver must notify the dispatcher before departing from the pick-up location. (b) The Contractor shall ensure that drivers provide, at a minimum, the approved level of service (curb-to-curb, door-to-door, or hand-to-hand). (c) The Contractor shall ensure that Members arrive at pre-arranged times for appointments and are picked up at pre-arranged times for the return leg of the trip. If there is no pre-arranged time for the return leg of the trip, the Contractor shall ensure that Members are picked up within one (1) hour after notification. Pick-up and drop-off times should be captured in such a way to allow reporting as requested by ▇▇▇. Members may not be required to arrive at their scheduled appointment more than one (1) hour before their appointment time. Members may not be dropped off for their appointment before the Provider’s office or facility has opened its doors. (d) The Contractor shall ensure that the waiting time for Members for pick-up does not exceed ten (10) minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. Scheduled pick-up times shall allow the appropriate amount of travel time to assure the Members arrive giving them sufficient time to check-in for their appointment. Members shall be dropped off for their appointment no less than fifteen (15) minutes prior to their appointment time to prevent the drop off time from being considered a late drop off.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY. 6.1 The Parties agree that: a) ShowFur Around may decline to pick-up any Animal if ShowFur Around is unable to confirm appropriate delivery details with the Consignee. b) If ShowFur Around cannot contact the Consignee to arrange the delivery at the time agreed with the Owner, ShowFur Around may deliver the Animal instead to an appropriate boarding facility at the owner’s expense, until appropriate alternative arrangements have been organised and payment has been received in full. c) If circumstances beyond ShowFur Around’s control prevent the Animal’s delivery from being completed, ShowFur Around may return the Animal to the Consignor and the Owner will remain liable for all agreed and incurred Fees and Costs. 6.2 The owner agrees that ShowFur Around will have a security interest in any Animal and Other Property until such time fees for the relevant Services are paid in full, and that ShowFur Around may opt to refuse delivery of the Animal and Other Property to the Consignee and to exercise its lien by lodging the Animal and Other Property to an appropriate boarding facility at the owner’s expense until payment has been received in full. 6.3 Pick-up or delivery times for Animals agreed to by ShowFur Around at the time of accepting an Order are estimates only. While ShowFur Around will endeavour to comply with the agreed pick-up and delivery schedule, ShowFur Around does not guarantee that pick-up and delivery will occur without delay, and the Owner acknowledges that factors such as weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle malfunction, mechanical breakdowns, emergencies, and the special needs of the transported Animal and other reasons may affect pick-up and delivery performance. ShowFur Around will at times be required to make alterations to our timetable, schedule or transport services. 6.4 ShowFur Around will not be liable for any cost, loss or inconvenience experienced by the Owner, Consignor, Consignee or any other party resulting from any change to the arranged pick-up and delivery times or the cancellation of Services due to factors beyond ShowFur Around’s control.

You must arrange for labour necessary to load and unload the Equipment. (b) we are not a common carrier and do not accept the obligation as such. We may refuse the handling, lifting and or carriage of Equipment for any person in our discretion and without being bound to give reason for such refusal.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY. The Customer is considered to have taken delivery of the Equipment and therefore assumes all risk of loss from the time that the Equipment is set aside on the Premises from CINEMA-VISION’s general inventory until the Equipment has been returned to CINEMA-VISION’s general inventory in good working order or the termination date of the Rental Contract, whichever is later. The Customer is responsible for any and all damages to the Equipment and/or other property or persons during inspections, testing or use at the Premises and assumes all risk of loss for any and all property brought onto the Premises. After testing the Equipment, the Customer must notify CINEMA-VISION of any defective or inoperable equipment immediately upon discovering the defect or problem. Unless the Customer notifies CINEMA- VISION of any defect or problem with the Equipment prior to removing the Equipment from the Premises, the customer agrees that the Equipment is in good working order and that the Equipment is acceptable to the Customer.
