Pilot Term Sample Clauses

The Pilot Term clause defines the specific duration during which a pilot program or trial phase of an agreement will be conducted. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates of the pilot period, and may specify any conditions for extension or early termination. For example, it might state that the pilot will last for three months, after which the parties will evaluate the results before deciding on a full rollout. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations for the timeframe of the pilot, ensuring both parties understand the commitment and evaluation period before entering into a longer-term arrangement.
