PLAN AVAILABILITY. 21.13.1 Upon initial employment of contract and regular employees and upon ratification of the agreement, the District will notify each covered employee of his/her rights under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) and under Education Code §7000, et seq. "Health and Welfare Benefits."
