The "Plan Entry Date" clause defines the specific date on which an eligible employee is permitted to begin participating in a benefit or retirement plan. Typically, this clause outlines the waiting period or eligibility requirements that must be met before an employee can enroll, such as completing a certain length of service or reaching a particular employment milestone. PLAN ENTRY DATE. (1.24). "Plan Entry Date" means the Effective Date and (Choose one of a. through d.):
