Player Development. Players who are on practice roster agreements are allowed to partake in one (1) contact (shoulder pad) session per week within the four and a half (4.5) hour window for a maximum of fifteen (15) reps per session, per Player. These sessions cannot include members of the active roster.
Player Development. (a) The AFL will pay $470,000 to the AFLPA by 30 November of each year of the Term to fund Player Development Programs & Services. (b) The AFL and AFLPA will work with the Player Development Governance Committee in reviewing and addressing the recommendations of the Deakin University research commissioned by the AFL and AFLPA in 2019 regarding development needs of Players, including considering whether additional funding is required.
Player Development. It is the Association's belief that players should receive training and playing time in more than one position over the course of a season. This makes our players more versatile and, therefore, better prepared for the inevitable day when they will be asked to play a "new" position (perhaps in high school upon the sudden arrival of a transfer All-State athlete who play “her” position). Teams with versatile players are also capable of remaining competitive in spite of the unavoidable injuries, illnesses and absences which occur on every team.
Player Development. The intern identifies, observes and reports on the delivery of a PGA supported player development program. This letter of agreement is between Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) and , the site at which the internship will take place (hereafter referred to as the Affiliate). The internship will be supervised by , who will be responsible for the evaluations of the student intern and the overall supervision of the internship on the golf facility site. The intern shall be considered a member of the golf operations staff and have the accompanying responsibilities and privileges. It is required that the intern work a period of 3.5 months, with the exception of the final internship, which will be an 8 month internship experience. It is required that the intern works full time to complete the internship within one semester. The exact hours worked may vary according to the needs of the supervising entity and the opportunities for the intern.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.

  • Supplier Development lf the Buyer identifies problems in supplier performance based on supplier monitoring, he shall initiate improvement measures at the Supplier. The Buyer shall pursue the possibilities of continuous improvement of the Supplier. The supplier audit is a form of supplier development; the exchange of information and experience between the Buyer and the Supplier also serves this purpose.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by WSIPC shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the WSIPC Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.
