Common use of Pledge of Uninterrupted Service Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Uninterrupted Service. No representative of the Association and no Administrator shall participate in a strike, which shall mean concerted action in failing to report for duty, the willful absence from one's position, the stoppage of work, or the slow- down or absence in whole or in part from the full, faithful and proper performance of the duties of employment.
