Policy and Procedure Manuals Clause Samples

The "Policy and Procedure Manuals" clause establishes the requirement for parties to adhere to documented policies and procedures relevant to the agreement. This typically means that employees, contractors, or other involved parties must follow the operational guidelines, safety protocols, or administrative processes set forth in official manuals provided by the organization. By mandating compliance with these manuals, the clause ensures consistency in operations, reduces the risk of misunderstandings, and helps maintain regulatory or internal standards throughout the duration of the agreement.
